4. Shipping & Fulfillment

Shipping costs and timelines are displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the United States. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external circumstances.

Orders are generally processed within 4 - 20 business days once payment clears. Delivery timelines depend on shipping method.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We offer returns, exchanges, and refunds under the terms of our official Return Policy (linked on our website). To be eligible, items must be returned within the stated period in original, unused condition. Customized or limited-edition items may be final sale.
