Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our limited, artist-designed drops, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect from what you ordered, we will gladly work with you to make it right.

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, excessive pet hair, or damage, and with any original tags or packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us within the 7-day return window. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending your item back.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Because our products are released in limited quantities, shipping charges are non-refundable, and items returned after the 7-day return period will not be accepted.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items returned after 7 days from the delivery date.

• Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items.

• Items without original tags (if applicable).

• Final sale or clearance items (if designated as such).
